Ho ho ho! My dearest friends,

As the twinkling lights fade and the scent of gingerbread begins to mellow, I find myself reflecting on the incredible joy of this Christmas season. More than just the magic of sleigh bells and reindeer hooves on rooftops, it’s the warmth of your hearts and the spirit of giving that truly make this the most wonderful time of the year.

This year, the elves and I were absolutely overwhelmed by the sheer volume of letters and drawings that arrived at the North Pole. Each one, brimming with wishes, dreams, and heartfelt requests, filled our workshop with an unparalleled sense of wonder. It's a privilege to be a part of your lives, even in this small way.

Your kindness extends beyond your wish lists. The countless acts of generosity I've witnessed – from volunteering time at shelters to donating to charities – have truly warmed my heart. It’s this selfless spirit that reminds me of the true meaning of Christmas: the power of compassion and the beauty of sharing.

I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to spread joy and cheer across the globe. But, know this, the greatest gift I receive isn't found under the tree – it’s the collective spirit of kindness and generosity I see in each and every one of you.
