About the Role

As a Vans Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the brand, interacting directly with customers to create a positive and memorable shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing transactions: Accurately handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring all sales are properly recorded and processed through the point-of-sale system. This also includes managing returns and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
• Building relationships: Developing rapport with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. This includes learning customer preferences and providing proactive service.
• Supporting the team: Collaborating with other team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. This includes assisting with tasks such as stockroom organization, receiving shipments, and participating in team meetings.
• Knowledge of products: Staying up-to-date on the latest Vans products, collections, and promotions. A genuine enthusiasm for Vans' brand identity and its history is a significant advantage.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
