• Madi Kubik, the senior outside hitter who notched 333 kills and 234 digs in 2022
• Kayla Caffey, the junior middle blocker who recorded 188 kills and 110 blocks last season

These returning players will provide a solid foundation for the team, bringing experience and leadership to the court.

New Additions

The Cornhuskers have also added some exciting new talent to their roster, including:

• Ava Leggs, a freshman outside hitter from Texas who was named the 2022 Texas Gatorade Player of the Year
• Lindsay Krause, a transfer setter from the University of Iowa who brings Division I experience to the team
• Andi Jackson, a freshman libero from Colorado who was named the 2022 Colorado 5A Player of the Year

Coaching Staff

The Nebraska volleyball team will once again be led by John Cook, who enters his 23rd season as head coach. Coach Cook has a storied career, with five national championships and 14 conference titles under his belt. He's joined by a talented coaching staff, including Tyler Hildebrand (associate head coach), Jaylen Reyes (assistant coach), and Kelly Hunter (assistant coach).
