Maxi Dress Maternity Style

There is nothing more exciting than finally getting to dress your baby bump. Every woman’s pregnancy is different and I have come to realize that means the baby bump can arrive at different times during each pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and I started showing around 19 weeks. It’s been so much fun dressing my growing bump ever since!
Lucky for me, the majority of my pregnancy is during the summer months when I can wear lots of dresses. I found it really easy to transition pieces I already had in my closet into something pregnancy appropriate. The Maxi Dress is the ideal piece.

DSC_0235_editThis Cynthia Rowley Maxi Dress was gifted to me by my Mother-in-law ( big bonus points for her!) and has transitioned so well into my maternity wardrobe. The super stretchy knit will allow for maximum growth, especially during the last trimester of my pregnancy. Light weight and non restrictive, it’s the perfect summer dress to stay cool in.
