VONBON™ Product & Shipping Info

VONBON™ creates stylish organic goods. Our fabrics are designed in-house and are exclusive to VONBON™. They are carefully crafted using OEKO-TEX 100 Standard inks, leaving them safe for you and the environment.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We kindly ask that you wash your VONBON™ goods on a delicate cycle in cool water. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Warm iron can be used when indicated on garment care label. See garment tag for indication. Do not iron on screened pattern. Garments are not preshrunk.

Please note that pattern placement may vary due to the handmade nature of our products. Each item is unique. Colours may appear different on your computer screen than the actual fabric.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items are shipped world-wide using Canada Post. There are two options for shipping - tracked and untracked. If you choose tracked shipping you will be assigned a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have shipped. If you choose untracked shipping (extra small packet, light packet or small packet), you will receive a confirmation email once the package has been shipped. Once the untracked item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. We are not responsible for replacing lost items unless the item has a tracking number. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. For any international shipments, duty is to be taken care of by the purchaser.

Please note that FREE Standard Shipping to the US for orders of $150 or more are sent with a Small Packet US Air service that does not include a tracking number. To chose a tracked service, please choose "Tracked Packet" as your shipping option. 

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

 If you reside in Vancouver and would like to pick up your order from our Vancouver showroom, choose Local Pick Up as your shipping option.

*Only use this code if you will be picking up the order. Once the order is ready for pick up, a confirmation email we be sent to you. Pick up hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am - 1pm.  Our showroom is located at #247-1868 Glen Drive, across from the Home Depot off Terminal Avenue.

Please email hello@vonbon.ca prior to your arrival. Although we do have set pick up hours, unforeseen circumstances may cause us to leave within those set times. We encourage you to contact us prior to pick up to ensure that we will be there to meet you.

 

REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact VONBON™ at hello@vonbon.ca for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt (excluding warehouse sale and red tag clearance items). All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Initial order shipping costs will not be refunded.
