I am so excited to announce that I am expecting my first baby in November! It's hard to believe that after the last year and a half of designing and launching a baby apparel line, I will finally be able to wrap my own child in my products!
I am 21 weeks along and have been feeling great! I have been experiencing the usual fatigue, but our baby moon in Maui last week, definitely allowed me to eat well, rest and relax! It was pretty fun rocking my baby bump in my bikini, as I am finally starting to look pregnant!
With baby on the way we have lots of new things planned for VONBON. A new studio space, new patterns, new products and a brand new blog! On July 15th, we will be launching a new blog series here, documenting my journey to motherhood and everything that comes with it. Life, Style and Baby is what it is all about and I can't wait to share it with you!

So many amazing things have happened over the past few months, the most important being the addition of our newest team member, Amber! Not only is she a successful graduate with a Masters in Management from the Sauder School of Business in Vancouver, who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will help grow our business....she is also our SISTER!!!! She is an avid world traveler who has visited 30 countries and has recently returned to Vancouver from a year long work abroad in Australia. We are eager to put her management skills to the test and can't wait to see what the three of us can achieve over the next year!
